We value transparency and customer communication at Stillwell Exteriors. Here you will be able to view our standard contract for all clients as well as general price estimates.
Here is a general estimate of our prices. Please note that depending on various factors such as deep/tough stains, property size, and chemical costs these prices can fluctuate and change. The final price will be agreed upon before work begins.
- $100 minimum for spot removal/treatment
- Mobile Home:
- $150 for all siding
- For a standard 1 story house:
- $250 for all siding
- $200 for all surfaces
- Total: $450
- For a standard 2 story house:
- $300 for all siding
- $200 for all surfaces
- Total: $500
