As the name implies, pressure washing utilizes very high pressure water to physically remove dirt and grime from surfaces, whilst soft washing uses much lower pressure but utilizes cleaning agents like degreasers and organic cleansers to do the heavy lifting.

Pressure washing is better utilized for concrete surfaces and some masonry cleaning, and soft washing is better suited for traditional home siding and more fragile surfaces such as wood and vinyl.

We offer both methods to ensure all surfaces get the right kind of cleaning, safely, and effectively.

Stillwell Exteriors is fully insured to ensure any damages caused by neglect and ignorance are fully covered. We do our best, utilizing proper methods and chemicals for their respective surfaces to minimize damages. Before beginning a job, we do a full inspection of the property, and will speak with the owner about any areas we feel may encounter some form of degradation due to normal cleaning processes.

During this process, we may take photos and videos of the property to ensure any claimed damages can be verified to be either pre-existing or directly caused by our work. Please refer to our standard contract on our Terms and Pricing page for more information.
